Training Systems
Each client must pay in full for all sessions or camps prior to starting program. Sessions paid for with check should be paid for a week in advance to the start date of the clients program. This is to allow adequate processing time for checks and deposits.
All clients can pay with cash or check. Currently we are setting up PayPal for a more convenient purchase. If you decide to use PayPal you are required to add $5 to your total to cover the processing fees incurred during the transaction.
Current means of pay:
Cash, Checks – Payable to Robin Johnson Training Systems, or Robin Johnson Jr.
Again PayPal is under construction.
If for any reason you have to cancel prior to the first day of training or camp you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Processing time for a refund is 1 week.
Important: After a training program starts there are absolutely no refunds for any reason, regardless of how many sessions you have completed. This is non-negotiable.
I am very passionate about my profession. And I take this next policy very seriously. In order for you and me to be successful you have to commit to my program, and the first commitment is to attend all scheduled training sessions. I do not offer prorated prices or refunds for missed days or quitting any program, no matter how many days you have trained. Second I am here to train you not for you to tell me how to train you. When you were in school you may have paid tuition to attend a class but you did not tell the teacher/professor how and what to teach. Once your goals are established I will use my knowledge that I have attained over the years to put together the best program to fit your needs.
Each client will need to fill out the following forms prior to engaging in any program with Robin Johnson Training System at FTS. These forms will be emailed to you and it is mandatory they are filled out and returned prior to or on the first day of training.
