Come with me or train at home to get in shape ore reach your individual goals with a certified personal trainer and a Natural Professional Bodybuilder.  My packages are affordable and very competitive.  But in order to train with me there is one requirement... a "Can Do Attitude."

As a client at our facility you and your family have the comfort of knowing our gym is monitored.  For your safety and mine our gym parking lot and interior is monitored with security cameras.  

All sessions and packages are to be paid for prior to our first meeting.  I conduct myself in a professional manner and work by appointment only.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with my program.  If I am not given a 24 hour notification of a canceled session, that session will be charged.  Refunds are also not given unless requested prior to the start of your program.  These issues are non-negotiable and will be enforced.

Packages are sold in 1, 3, 5, & 10 sessions.  Sessions purchased in bulk will lower the price per session.  I will list my prices and corporate session prices so that you can compare for yourself.
